Nieuwe studioplaat Holy Moses via Fireflash Records

Het zijn twee zaken die nieuw zijn. De eerste daarvan is dat Holy Moses het nieuws heeft laten weten dat ze bezig zijn aan de nieuwe studioplaat. Tweede is even zo belangrijk en dat is de geboorte van een nieuw label: Fireflash Records.

Eerst over de nieuwe studioplaat van Holy Moses. De band van frontwoman Sabina Classen heeft dus laten weten dat men druk bezig is met die plaat. Het aankomende album wordt de langverwachte opvolger van Redefined Mayhem. Dat album is alweer in 2014 uitgekomen.

Holy Moses is al in de jaren ’80 van de vorige eeuw opgericht, maar heeft wel een tal van jaren pauze gehad. Destijds was de line-up behoorlijk anders, gezien alleen Classen nog van die periode is. Tegenwoordig heeft zij dus een drietal andere mannen om zich heen.

Fireflash Records

Fireflash Records is dus ook nieuw. Deze platenmaatschappij is een sublabel van Atomic Fire Records. Markus Wosgien, eigenaar en oprichter van het label, laat het volgende weten: “With the possibility to sign and work with one of my alltime fave bands, Holy Moses, the idea of running my own label, besides Atomic Fire, became reality. I still remember the moment when I was 13 years, standing in our local recordshop with „The New Machine Of Liechtenstein“ album in my hands, one of the first records I ever bought. This extreme and unique mix wasn’t from this world, I was completely addicted and became a die-hard fan of the band; and couldn’t be more proud about the trust of Sabina and the band to write this next chapter together.”
