Sabaton heeft video online voor 'Defence of Moscow' -

Een jaar geleden ging Sabaton de samenwerking aan met de Russische superster Radio Topak. Nu heeft Sabaton hun versie van zijn ‘Defence Of Moscow’ online gezet. Ja, Sabaton knalt er hier dus een cover in, maar wel een verrassende.

‘Defence Of Moscow’ is niet alleen op de streamingsdiensten te horen, Sabaton heeft de track ook met een video online gezet. Check die beelden van deze historisch bewuste metalband hieronder. Van dit nummer komt overigens op 9 juli een zeer gelimiteerde 7″, welke aan de b-kant een tekening heeft. Die pre-order is al gestart én gesloten.

“May 9 is celebrated as V-Day in Russia, the day to commemorate the victory over the Nazis in WW2.
This year we participate in the memory of this event by releasing a song dedicated to the brave men who fought in the battle of Moscow.
This track was originally written in Russian by our friend Radio Tapok. It’s a very strong song and we thought it made sense that Sabaton should give it a try to make a honourable cover of this song.”
In regards of the video, he adds: “We are excited to also share the music video with you which shows the story of the Battle of Moscow in 1941.”
