Aankomende liveplaat Suffocation saluut aan Frank Mullen

Het hing al lang in de lucht, maar doordat er toch telkens momenten waren waarop hij daar toch weer was, bleven de geruchten ook doorgaan. Toch was het in 2019 echt klaar voor Frank Mullen bij Suffocation. De man die een icoon is geworden op het gebied van de vocalen in de extreme muziek stopte er toen echt mee. Suffocation geeft Frank Mullen met de aankomende liveplaat een mooi saluut.

Die nieuwe liveplaat van Suffocation is namelijk nog opgenomen met Frank Mullen en de setlijst kan bijna gezien worden als een soort van best of. De liefhebbers van de death metal zullen nu al in hun handen gaan wrijven. Het is echter nog wel even wachten, want de plaat verschijnt op 12 november. Live In North America zal uit gaan komen via Nuclear Blast.

Eerste single van liveplaat

Omdat een aankondiging niet zomaar voorbij kan gaan zonder single, heeft Suffocation gelijk de liveversie van ‘Funeral Inception’ online gezet. Dat is een van de dertien nummers die zal staan op Live In North America. Die release verschijnt op cd en vinyl en is via deze link al in de pre-order. Check hier eerst de single.
