10 juni zal de dag zijn waarnaar de fans van A Perfect Circle uit gaan kijken. Dan komt het brein van die band, Billy Howerdel, met zijn eerste soloalbum. Die schijf zal What Normal Was gaan heten en zal verschijnen via Alchemy Recordings/Rise Records/BMG.
Van het eerste soloalbum van Billy Howerdel dat dus op komst is, is de eerste single al online gezet. Met ‘Poison Flowers’ geeft Howerdel de liefhebber alvast een hint naar wat men kan gaan verwachten van What Normal Was. Check die single hier.

“This is me stepping back into my early teen self and making the record I would’ve made if I had the means and the knowledge when I first picked up a guitar—just in 2022,” legt Howerdel uit. “It’s that moment as a kid when you hear a record, close your eyes, and go somewhere else. That was the time I found my lane, so to speak”.
De studioplaat zal in het totaal tien tracks gaan tellen. Ongetwijfeld gaat Billy Howerdel daar nog meer van online zetten voor de release op 10 juni. Zodra er meer nieuws is rondom deze release, kan dat natuurlijk hier gelezen worden.
