Vijf toevoegingen voor Prophecy Fest

Enkele weken terug kon het mooie nieuws hier gelezen worden dat Prophecy Productions voor hun jubileum wel een heel mooi feestje in petto heeft. Prophecy Fest gaat namelijk plaatsvinden in een unieke grot. De organisatie van Prophecy Fest heeft vandaag weer vijf toevoegingen aan de line-up gedaan.

Die toevoegingen komen bovenop de toch al mooie eerste vijf namen voor Prophecy Fest. Onder andere DOOL en Secrets Of The Moon zijn al bevestigd. Vandaag kwamen daar Deine Lakeien, welke een akoestische set gaat spelen, Negurä Bunget, St. Michael Front, Klimt 1918 en Eïs, welke voorheen bekend stond als Geïst, zullen komen spelen.

LOCATIE

Buiten het feit dat de eerste band voor Prophecy Fest al een reden zijn om dit interessant te vinden, is de locatie dat zeer zeker ook. Prophecy Fest zal worden gehouden in de Balver Höhle, oftwel de Cave Of Balve. Dat is een legedarische, natuurlijke grot. Alleen dat is al zeer speciaal om mee te maken.

Op de vraag of het een risico is om dit te organiseren tijdens corona, antwoord de oprichter Martin Koller het volgende. “Sure, but we have carefully calculated the odd and will do everything possible to make this happen in the safest way. We are closely working with all concerned authorities and a number of experts to deliver a concept that meets all requirements. Our first priority is the safety of all attendees. Our second aim is to have a festival in front of a live audience.

As an alternative for those who prefer to stay at home or those that are not allowed to travel, we will also present this event digitally. Unless prohibited as well, the digital festival is intended to take place even if audience participation is cancelled by the authorities. Let’s do this, it is more than high time to get our music back to the cave where it belongs!”
